Download the Pixel Care App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and request access. Your Pixel administrator will email you step by step instructions for activating your account.

The next step is to ask your doctor to forward all medication orders to Pixel. Pixel will ensure you have the correct medications at the time you need them, avoiding any rushed shipments or over-ordering.

Once your fertility treatment has been prescribed, our team of licensed healthcare professionals will customize your app experience. When your medications arrive, Pixel will do a one-on-one OpenTheBox® video call to walk you through everything in the box and answer all your questions. Once your treatment cycle begins, simply follow the plan and calendar prompts and check in daily to let us know how you’re feeling. And of course, if you need us, we’re here 24/7 to support.
