A visionary third-generation pharmacist, Adam Hait has dedicated his career to revolutionizing fertility pharmacy care. He created Pixel Care’s proprietary technology to seamlessly integrate with fertility practices and specialty pharmacies nationwide. As one of the few certified fertility pharmacists in the United States, Adam brings unparalleled insight into the intersection of clinical care, pharmaceutical support, patient experience, and operational excellence.
Pixel Care represents Adam’s decades-long mission to ensure that every fertility patient receives not just medication, but comprehensive support, expertise, and compassion throughout their journey to parenthood.
After his successful launch of Schraft’s 2.0—a specialty pharmacy licensed in all 50 states—he developed a blueprint for a number of leading fertility benefit platforms. The experience reinforced his vision: that truly integrated pharmaceutical support can empower both patients and providers to achieve extraordinary outcomes.
In Pixel Care, Adam has connected advanced technology solutions with a nationwide network of pharmacists, fertility nurses, patient care coordinators, and specialty pharmacies, all working together to transform fertility healthcare delivery. From proprietary medication management software to the innovative Open the Box® medication teaching program, live injection support, and peer community platforms, every element reflects Adam’s belief that meaningful innovation happens when technology amplifies compassionate care.
Adam is an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA), the American Pharmacists Association (APhA), and the Garden State Pharmacy Owners (GSPO).
Amy Ben-David is a dynamic healthcare strategist with a proven record of building strong partnerships, driving growth in complex healthcare environments, and creating new business opportunities. At Pixel Care, she leads efforts to expand and strengthen industry collaborations and support specialty pharmacy integrations that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
With more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, Amy has helped improve patient access and care delivery across the fertility and broader healthcare landscape. Her background spans sales, medical communications, marketing, and partnership strategy—where her talent for identifying opportunities, fostering relationships, and driving growth has consistently led to lasting impact.
Amy’s consultative approach focuses on understanding the unique challenges fertility practices and industry partners face and showing how integrated solutions can simplify workflows, strengthen partnerships, and improve patient outcomes. Her passion for health and wellness, supported by advanced training through The School of Applied Functional Medicine and Abbott Laboratories’ corporate sales program, makes her uniquely equipped to support Pixel Care’s partners, clinics, and patients.
A values-driven Human Resources professional with over a decade of progressive experience shaping and scaling HR functions across medical device, technology, multinational manufacturing, and hospitality, Alex Harvey is Pixel Care’s Director of Human Resources.
Alex brings proven expertise across the full HR spectrum—talent acquisition, performance management, organizational design, compensation and benefits, compliance, and cultural transformation—with deep fluency in navigating multinational employment law in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. Her ability to build agile, compliant, and future-ready HR infrastructures drives performance, engagement, and operational excellence.
