Fertility medications are complex and can be overwhelming. Pixel gives you instant access to videos on storage, mixing and administering every medication as it is received. And because Pixel is connected to your dispensing pharmacy, requesting refills and tracking orders is a snap. You can even get same-day pickup and delivery of medication.

No more guessing on how and when to take your medications: enter Pixel, your personal support network. In addition to your individualized treatment calendar built into the app, videos and how-to guides, a library of articles, you can access our licensed healthcare professionals and fertility specialists to answer questions any time – day or night. You can also get peer support in Pixel’s group section and even request to be matched with a Pixel Pal, your personal fertility journey companion, who can relate to your experience, because they’ve been there (or are currently going through it, too.)

How it works

1. Download the app

Download the Pixel Care App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and follow the prompts for creating an account (unless you’ve already received a welcome email from us with your account information).

2. Have your treatment regimen forwarded to Pixel

The next step is to ask your doctor to forward your medication orders to Pixel. Pixel will ensure you have the correct medications at the time you need them, avoiding any rushed shipments or over-ordering. If your clinic isn’t yet using Pixel, we can help get you set up.

3. Take control of your fertility journey

Once your fertility treatment has been prescribed, our team of licensed healthcare professionals will customize your app experience. When your medications arrive, you can book a one-on-one Open the Box® video call where we’ll walk you through everything and answer all your questions about your medications. Once your treatment cycle begins, simply follow the plan and calendar prompts and check in daily to let us know how you’re feeling. And of course, if you need us, we’re here 24/7 to support. Just shoot the Care Team a note on your Messages screen.
